US Ambassador to the Philippines MaryKay Carlson.

“While our support for the PCG is enduring, it took many years and collaboration among multiple agencies to complete this ambitious P250 million project,” ani Carlson sa isang maikling talumpati sa pagbubukas ng Specialized Education and Technical Building, isang training center para sa Philippine Coast Guard (PCG).

“Today’s event is the culmination of significant efforts by our two governments over the course of six years,” aniya.

“It’s really important that we have a long-term commitment to the Coast Guard, to the people of the Philippines because we are truly steadfast friends, we are partners in prosperity, and we are ironclad allies,” paliwanag niya.
