“The Department of Information and Communications Technology has been informed of the cybersecurity incident that occurred at the House of Representatives,” saad ni DICT Supervising Director for Information and Strategic Communications Division Aries Joseph Hegina sa isang pahayag.

Matatandaang nilagyan ng hackers, na nagpakilalang “3MUSKETEERZ,” ang website ng Kamara ng isang troll face meme na may nakasulat na “You’ve been hacked” at “Have a nice day” sa itaas at “Happy April Fullz Kahit October palang! Fix your Website” naman sa ibaba.

“We are in constant communication and coordination with the HOR and are currently investigating the extent of the said incident. We shall provide further updates to the public as soon as they become available,” dagdag pa ni Hegina.

Ang website ng Kamara ang pinakahuling biktima sa ngayon ng mga cyberattacks, matapos ang Philippine Health Insurance Corp., Philippine Statistics Authority, at Department of Science and Technology.
