Pagpatay kay Killua hindi self-defense – PAWS

Hindi naniniwala ang Philippine Animal Welfare Society (PAWS) na self-defense ang pagpatay sa asong si Killua ng suspek na si Anthony Solares.

Hindi naniniwala ang Philippine Animal Welfare Society (PAWS) na self-defense ang pagpatay sa asong si Killua ng suspek na si Anthony Solares.

Sa isang panayam, sinabi ni Solares na nangangagat na si Killua at wala na raw ito sa sarili. Paliwanag pa niya, ginawa lang niya ang nararapat sa aso.

Hindi bumenta sa PAWS ang katwiran ng suspek.

”The animal offender claims that this was an act of self-defense, but video evidence shows that Killua, the dog, was being chased by him and none of the elements of self-defense were present,” pahayag ng PAWS.

Saad pa ng PAWS, sakali mang nangagat talaga si Killua ay maraming paraan para makontrol ito.

”Further, there are humane ways of animal control. The City Veterinarian’s Office can be called in for this task. Clearly, there was no reason for Killua to be killed in this manner, as she was not harming anyone,” wika pa ng PAWS.

Kaya naman, desidido ang PAWS at ang amo ni Killua na si Vina Rachelle Arazas na sampahan ng kasong paglabag sa Animal Welfare Act si Solares.
