DSWD: 91 PWD nakapagtapos ng vocational training

Ngiting tagumpay ang kabuuang 91 na persons with disabilities (PWDs) nang makapagtapos sila sa kanilang social at vocational training sa National Vocational Training Center.

Ngiting tagumpay ang kabuuang 91 na persons with disabilities (PWDs) nang makapagtapos sila sa kanilang social at vocational training sa National Vocational Training Center.

Ayon sa Department of Social Welfare and Development (DSWD), sumailalim ang nga PWD sa pagsasanay sa housekeeping at janitorial services, dressmaking.

Bukod pa riyan ay mayroon ding nakapagtapos sa adaptive computer para sa mga may kapansanan sa paningin, massage therapy, beauty care at hairdressing, computer software, food service management, at social rehabilitation.

“This milestone is a testament to their perseverance in overcoming challenges and their unwavering commitment to personal and professional growth. Each graduate embodies the spirit of resilience, complementing that with hard work, determination, and support, any obstacle can be overcome,” pahayag ni DSWD Assistant Secretary Elaine Fallarcuna.

Sinabi rin ng DSWD na patuloy nilang susuportahan ang sektor ng mga may kapansanan sa bansa.

“As these graduates embark on the next chapter of their lives, the DSWD, through the NVRC, reaffirms our commitment to creating inclusive and accessible opportunities for all individuals,” dagdag pa nito.
